Preorder between Saturday to Tuesday by 10:00 PM to secure your loaf for Thursday's bread drop. Simply add the products you want to your online cart during this preorder window, complete your purchase, and your order will be ready for pickup on Thursday!

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We deliver within Staten Island only, and provide contactless porch delivery. Be sure to select that option below when selecting a pickup or delivery option. Fee: $8.

How should I store my bread?

Accepted Answer

Sourdough is best enjoyed with 2-3 days. Crust will soften over time, that's normal! Keep bread at room temperature in a paper bag or linen bag to preserve crust. Avoid refrigerating as it can dry out the bread.Pro Tip: When reheating, run your slice of bread under water for 1 to 2 seconds on each side. Then put in the air fryer at 385 for 4 minutes. Trust me you'll thank me later!

Can I freeze sourdough?

Absolutely! Sourdough can be kept in the freezer for up to 6 months. Slice first, then put slices in a freezer safe bag or container. Slices can be toasted or warmed directly from the freezer for the best texture!
